Hi creative fam today I have a Christmas gift idea for her. A mom, daughter, friend, or any girl or woman in your life you plan on getting a gift this year. This is glam mirrored jewelry box is made with open and close mirrored lids. It’s a super simple and affordable gift you can make for yourself or for someone in your life. It started out as a diy dollar tree Christmas candle holder and it still can be if you’d like to make yours that way. I’ve been wanting to share gift ideas for those that who are looking for a perfect glamours, elegant Christmas gift they can make and not have to spend a fortune but look like a fortune. This is also a decor piece that can go great with your Christmas decor especially a winter wonderland or glam holiday theme with a glass candle holder on top. My idea took a turn and this mirrored jewelry box was discovered. I love it and I’m so happy with how it turned out. You can make this using materials from Dollar Tree. HELPFUL TIPS:
* I prefer hot glue for all my crafts, BUT it will not last for most plastic and metal projects. If you’re not crafting for fun like me, extend the life of your DIYS by using industrial strength glue. Bamboo Wood Wall Hook:* Slightly pull back on the paperclips for easy hanging * I tried to line up the boards matching the wood grain. * To remove the excess hot glue, LET IT FULLY DRY then chip/peel it away * This is ideal for lighter items if you are using hot glue, try using both for heavier items * You can hang jewelry, scarves and so much more! Wreath Basket:* This one is sort of like a puzzle. You have to move the pieces around to find the best fit * It’s important to add the ties on the inside, otherwise you will see them from the outside. Now, some ties will show even if they are on the inside, but it’s a small amount and doesn’t bother me *If it leans, try add more ties and pull them tight to shift the basket Multipurpose Ruler Hangar:* Covering the ruler opening is ok, if it bothers you, but not necessary * It ended up being ¼” between the rulers * To remove the excess hot glue, LET IT FULLY DRY then chip/peel it away * The metal gets hot when adding hot glue, so use caution * You can also use small nails for the inner opening vs glue, but leave the 2 other openings free for hanging * I used 2 small nails to hang this * BUYING IN BULK: Go to Hobby lobby Joann Fabrics, or check Amazon, Etsy, and buy in bulk for gems, trim, beads and pearls! Buying at Dollar Tree isn’t always the cheapest option. I bought 1 pound of gems and pearls for $8 when they were 50% off and I paid $7 for of gems at joann when they were 70% off.   • Hot glue dispenser (large one from amazon, small one from hobby lobby) OR Stronger glue

DIY Bathroom Renovation | Step by Step Guide | from A to Z

We start with the precision work necessary to remove the existing shower walls while being very careful not to damage the existing ceiling. Since the ceiling is in great condition we want to protect it so we do not increase the scope of work when finishing the new shower renovation later. This allows us to avoid patching and painting the ceiling. After the demolition in our bathroom remodel is done we begin the process of redoing the plumbing supply and drain and shower valve. In this video we switched from copper to pex and used a pex ready shower valve and crimping pex line system to install. After the plumbing was in place we moved on to the installation of the tub. By using a tub with reinforced fiberglass spray and plywood with legs on the bottom it made it really easy to install directly on the floor without leveling. This type of tub makes bathroom renovations really easy. After the tub was securely fastened to the framing we closed the walls using Schluter kerdi board. In this video we show 2 different ways to seal up the penetrations of the shower waterproofing system. After we waterproof the shower we begin the subway tiling immediately using a laser level to achieve a perfect level line on the bottom row of tile. We demonstrate how to cut and install subway tile using basic tile cutting tools that anyone can afford as well as how to install a glass mosaic tile along with finishing the tile with edging for a clean sharp line. After the we tile and grout the walls in this bathroom remodel we demonstrate how to finish the bathroom renovation by installing the plumbing fixtures and sealing all the joints and fixtures. Of course no bathroom renovation is complete without finishing the walls in the area and getting them ready for paint so we show you an industry secret for making this a fast a perfect result without a mess. And finally since we were installing this new bathtub in an old space we did not have any extra tile for repairs in the event of damage. Sure enough we chipped a tile while resizing the floor tile for the new tub. No worries I show you a quick fix that can save your bacon if you are trying to renovate your bathroom on a budget like this client.
